Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 –2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut chunks
  • tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • Optional Garnishes
  • Fresh strawberry slices
  • Pineapple wedges
  • Coconut shavings
  • Melted white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, coconut chunks, white chocolate chips, and protein powder to a blender.
  • Pour in 1 cup coconut milk.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  • Add more coconut milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with strawberries, pineapple, coconut shavings, or white chocolate.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for the thickest texture.
  • Coconut water can replace coconut milk for a lighter version.
  • Add banana or mango for extra sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
