- ¾ cup frozen pineapple
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 –2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut chunks
- 1½ tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- Optional Garnishes
- Fresh strawberry slices
- Pineapple wedges
- Coconut shavings
- Melted white chocolate
Add frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, coconut chunks, white chocolate chips, and protein powder to a blender.
Pour in 1 cup coconut milk.
Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
Add more coconut milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Pour into a glass.
Garnish with strawberries, pineapple, coconut shavings, or white chocolate.
Serve immediately.
