- 4 ripe plums halved and pitted
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
- Ice cubes for serving optional
Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the pits.
Add the plums and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
Stir in lemon juice and sweetener if using.
Adjust consistency with additional water if needed.
Chill for 15 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
