Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe plums halved and pitted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes for serving optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the pits.
  • Add the plums and water to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
  • Stir in lemon juice and sweetener if using.
  • Adjust consistency with additional water if needed.
  • Chill for 15 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
  • Enjoy fresh.

Notes

 
  • Leave some pulp for extra fiber and nutrients.
  • Replace water with coconut water for added electrolytes.
  • Adjust sweetness according to the ripeness of the plums.
  • Best consumed within 24 hours.
