  • Fresh watermelon
  • Dried hibiscus flowers
  • White rice
  • Masa harina
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Piloncillo or brown sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Pineapple
  • Coconut milk
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Mango
  • Cucumber
  • Tamarind pulp
  • Chia seeds
  • Vanilla extract
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all fruits and ingredients.
  • Blend fruits or soaked ingredients with water until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer if necessary.
  • Add sugar, piloncillo, or your preferred sweetener.
  • Stir in fresh lime juice and spices such as cinnamon or vanilla if desired.
  • Chill the drink in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit, mint, or lime slices before serving.
