- Piña Colada Layer:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice optional for texture
- 1 cup coconut milk full-fat recommended
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or alternative yogurt/cream
- 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Strawberry Daiquiri Layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar adjust to taste

Prepare Piña Colada base
Blend pineapple, coconut milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until thick and smooth (slushy texture). Set aside or slightly freeze.

Blend frozen strawberries, lime juice, cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Layer the drink
