Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium organic beets
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon optional
  • 2 tablespoons plum juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beets, carrots, apple, ginger, and lemon thoroughly.
  • Scrub the beet skin clean and trim any greens.
  • Cut all ingredients into pieces suitable for your juicer.
  • Juice the beets, carrots, apple, ginger, and lemon together.
  • If using a blender, blend with a small amount of water and strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
  • Stir in plum juice if desired.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Cold pressing preserves the highest amount of nutrients.
  • Drink within 24–48 hours for maximum freshness.
  • Store in airtight glass containers.
  • Shake before serving as natural separation may occur.
